We are known for our exceptional fit that most individuals have struggled to find in the marketplace, coupled with our precise craftsmanship.  No matter what you are looking for in terms of aesthetic and fit our expert design team will be able to exceed your expectations.

What is the turn around time?
Your garments will arrive within three to four weeks from the time your order is placed. Delivery time depends on the availability of fabric along with the complexity of the garment. Rush orders are available with an arrival time between 4-7 days. 
How many fittings will I need once my garment arrives? 
Over 90% of our clients will not require any additional fittings or alterations. If alterations are required, we will have you back for an additional to ensure that is perfected.
What if Im not satisfied with the fit? 
Our design team and in house tailors will continue to work to improve garment fit after your first fitting. We are confident that the garment will be near perfect, based on our perspective, on the first pass and any additional fitting adjustments will be based off your preference. In general one alteration will correct any areas of improvement. 
What if I gain or lose weight?
Our in house tailors are always available to our clients! Amin NY is a family business and treat our clients as such. Therefore, if you gain or lose a few pounds within the first 90 days, we will gladly adjust at no additional charge.  Beyond that time, future alteration costs will be the responsibility of the client. 
Do you offer home or office visits?
Yes, we do this often. Someone from our design team will bring fabric swatches to a location most convenient for you and will also take your measurements. We pride ourselves on offering the most convenient experience possible to our clients. We are available to travel, by appointment only, 7 days a week. For out of state clients, travel or minimums are required to be met. Deposit will be taken at time of booking. 
This is my first custom suit, will I be able to see what it looks like before it is made? 
Every suit is uniquely tailored for you and our team will guide you through key design details from fabric and fit to elements like lapels and buttons.

We’ll help you clearly visualize your final look so you feel confident before production begins. If needed, a digital preview can also be provided.

Materials & Care

How do I care for my new garments? 
Regardless of the garment type and fabric, we only suggest dry cleaning AS NEEDED. As needed means when the garment feels too worn or smells/stained. Although dry cleaning is the best route for laundering, the extreme heat and chemicals can sometimes cause damage to the garment, depending on the cloth. If your garment has wrinkles, simply apply some steam and the wrinkles should release. If you get something on your garment- immediately apply water or seltzer to the area. Do not rub, only DAB the exact area. Rubbing will cause the stain to spread and set in.
What materials do you work with?
We dont limit ourselves on what fabrics we can design and can confidently say we have succesfully constructed garments using all fabrics. Most commmonly we use Silk, Wool, Leather, Cashmere, Brocase, Pique, Cotton, Linen and many blending clothes offering the best of multiple worlds!

Return policy

Do you have a return policy?  
Custom garments can not be returned. We will remake the garment if there are fit issues caused by our team. For ready to wear and accessories, items that are still in brand new condition will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. After that, a store credit will be issued up to 6 months after date of purchase.
